((Quick note, it turns out guilds are currently capped at a total of 300 people. So my goal to make a guild that would act as one of the go to guilds for mass faction trading well...kinda falls a little short. I will still be forming this guild with the same dedications, but do to the fact that the guilds size will currently not be even remotely close to what I was planning it to grow to. I would strongly suggest The Imperial Traders Guild over this one do to how it caters to dedicated crafting characters which will likely yeild better items and a greater need for sold raw mats and the like. My current goal is now to reach the cap with this guild and join The Imperial Traders in an alliance. But we will see! and as always! Sharpen your claws for a new day!))

Thanks goes out to The Imperial Trader's For the format of this post!

The lodge is dedicated to the soul idea of becoming the go to place for all things related to buying or selling. The hope of this guild is to become one of the guilds that EVERYONE makes at least one of their guilds. Formed only to allow players to buy and sale with ease. In time The Ebonheart Pact Lodge will also offer a great spot for other guilds to find people interested in joining them and will always be dedicated first and for most to the growth of ESO as an MMO and as a community.

How does it work? Well, in The Elder Scrolls Online there are only two ways to sell or buy items from other players, the first is to trade directly with the other player face-to-face after using some other means to make contact such as in-game chat, or an external source such as a message board. The other way to sell or buy items from other players is through a guild store.

While many guilds will offer Guild Stores and I fully encurage everyone to use all their guilds Stores. The Ebonheart Pact Lodge, or EPL for short, is the only guild in ESO dedicated first and mainly to this feature.

You can only buy and sell items from a guild store if you are a member of that guild. You can however be a member of up to five player-made guilds. You can access your guild's store through the coin clerk (banker) NPC in many of the larger towns around Tamriel.

All members of The Ebonheart Pact Lodge Guild are able to invite other players into the guild, helping to keep a steady flow of new traders and their goods arriving in the guild store. All members can also buy and sell items in the guild store, there are no trial periods or application forms. (though in its early days before the store is enabled you may need to wait a little. The uses for the bank are undecided.)

There are four ranks within The Ebonheart Pact Lodge, the first of these being the Lodge Recruit. The second rank is for Lodge Members who can do everything the Lodge Recruits can do, they are trusted with ensuring no harassment takes place within the guild, this includes (but is not limited to) racist, sexist or otherwise prejudiced comments and activities. (The full power of these ranks will be looked at over time and a more clear structure will likely come into place in time. But know that this guild is dedicated to the positive growth of ESO and will not tolerate the likes of trolls and the like.)

The Imperial Traders guild appears to be offering a great place for growth in regards to crafting and the like. So I strongly suggest making their guild one of your go to guilds as well if you are a crafter looking to learn and grow. The Ebonheart Pact Lodge is mainly just for selling or buying goods and is more about offering a Bulk AH for all to use. But never forget the value of good friends and wonderful communities! Make sure you find the five guilds that best suit you! And I hope you make The Ebonheart Pact lodge one of those!

A final thanks to The Imperial Traders Guild for their wonderful post. Which I used to format my own as we are both offering much the same thing! I wish everyone the best on their adventures into the world of Elder Scrolls. And as always. Sharpen your claws for a new day!
