Is furnishing storage holding you back?

Would you like to decorate your home in October with the Witches Coven pack or other times of the year with other packs but do not because furnishing can easily overwhelm the already limited storage space?

Below is the Witches Coven pack that went on sale today. If we had a furnishings bag that all bound furnishings that were not in use were stored it would open up great possibilities and potentially more crown sales for Zos.

Isn’t that for people with ESO+ tho? Cause I thought it was 360ish

Edit: I could be very wrong about the numbers

Furnishings take up over half my bank space. Got so bad I had to go to a home I no longer use just to drop items on the ground to free up space. Problem with that is I no longer know everything I have to decorate with.

We need furniture storage like the matts storage.

I put furnishings I'm not currently using in houses (inn rooms) I'm not currently using. I will probably move it all to the Grand Psijic Villa once we get it - both because I could store all my spare furnishings in one place and because I could lay them out so I can see them all.

We need some sort of digital shed :* To store our spare chairs, old tables, what have you :p Gimme this as a bag space, or a storage container specifically for furniture with an upper limit set to like 500 and we could store it in our homes, condensing hoarding by storing spare furniture as one item rather than 500 items.

This is my point. I have seen players do seasonal designs in their home. The design we have essentially opens doors to great possibilities but the storage we have is just so stifling.

It'd be nice, sure, but it's not that big a problem. If you're keen on housing and decorating, you'll find a way.
I stuff any furnishings from packs that I don't need at the time into a storage house. Because it is exclusively those furnishings, if I decide I need something, I just hop over, grab it and I'm good to go.

Even EQ2 doesn't have a special furnishing inventory. The moving crate is useful (a container with the same capacity as the house it is in exclusively for furnishings) but it is an absolute nightmare to navigate if it's super full.

I would prefer they just increase the item limits in all houses. That increases the storage capacity of my ware-houses (get it?) And increases the number of furnishings per decorated house, making it more likely I will use decorations I might've previously skipped over due to item limits.

Plus they've said quite clearly that an infinite furnishing inventory will never happen. The crafting bag works because it is a set and limited number of total items that only gets larger in very small increments and very rarely (new style items mainly, and with summerset the addition of a few misc ingredients and jewelry mats) While the total number of furnishings increases by a large number quite frequently. Dungeon DLCs add undaunted furnishings plus the new, excessively rare dropped furnishings. Story DLCs add many MANY crafted furnishings, plus dropped, stolen, and bought furnishings. Chapters add even more than story DLCs do. Not to mention the luxury furnishing vendor who now gets new items added from the previous year each week.

So yeah. No to a furnishing inventory because it's not practical. YES to increasing the item limits in all houses.

    Yes!

In designing my Mages Guild Hall (Hakvvild Hall), I was in the middle of landscaping the exterior and hit my limit. Now the place insied looks great, but the outside is unfinished and looks awful. I wish I could have finished on my ideas.

Most of my storage coffers and private guild bank are filled with furniture, the vast majority being from just the Luxury Vendor. This doesn't include the enormous array of craftable furnishings, achievement furnishings, etc. that I don't currently store because I'm too busy playing the inventory juggle with things that already exist. It is a serious pain point for me, and I'd rather have that space freed up for storing item sets.

Would like both the limit in houses to be increased and there to be some way of storing furnishing items.

At present am dumping stuff in houses where I have space. But forget what is where. Thought I remembered buying Hircine statue but it took me a while to work out which house it was stored in.

I have never looked into Housing due to how bad inventory management is in this game. I have multiple homes but only use them for storage chests.

Until ZOS after years of players asking do something about the insane amount of new sets and items in the game without giving us more storage even with home chests and max bags/bank plus ESO + ....still every day have to spend time sorting insane amounts of items out just for doing a few different bits of content.

    Really sick of it.

We need a furnishing bag and an item set bag for all the different sets / builds. It is long long over due.

I'd rather have more furnising slots in houses personally. I love the coldharbour estate and the new Hunter's Glade but what I want to be able to do with them isn't possible because of the 700 space restriction

No its not "holding me back"

I place furniture that I'm saving into a storage house and I dont make furniture unless I'm selling or or ready to place it in a house.

This!! 700 is not nearly enough for the things I want to do. I'm not buying anymore houses unless they raise the limit.
