Will Reaper's Harvest crates be on sale in the crown store?

So I noticed that for Octobers login rewards, the crates being given away are the reaper's harvest variety. I got confused for a moment thinking they were the same as the hollowjack crates. But they are actually different. So will the reaper crate be in the crown store or are they just a unique crate for the login rewards? And if so, when do they normally appear?

My guess is yes and that the crates will be available towards the end of the month, maybe the last week of October.

hmm okay... strange because both the hollowjack and the reaper crates have Halloween themed items.

I like Reaper's Harvest mounts more, and there are many more collectables in those crates which I would like to have, as opposed to what is available in Hollowjack crates.
