Does having the same enchant on both DW weapons work?

I am theorycrafting an anti-healing build and to increase Diseased proc chances, I was thinking to using two Infused and Charged weapons with two Foulness enchants. But I need to know, if both enchants will proc that way. Otherwise, I will probably use 1 Foulness and 1 Poison Enchant.

They won’t work the way you think they will. They will both share the same cooldown

Yes, @Zeromaz is right, it won't work like that. Worse yet, if you have one hand infused and one not, and glyph on non-infused fired first, then you're on 4 second cooldown instead of 2, so none of your glyphs will fire until four seconds are over. Mixing glyphs of same type is a bad idea.
