Group Finder broken again

Even I use it solo or with a premade group , the tool is not working at all.
Tried random dungeon, random battleground and group finder keep saying "someone declined the invite. You are placed in the front of queue. "
Please ZOS, fix it!
We need a working group finder.

✭✭Yep pc eu, it’s bust again, just forms and disbands groups over and over, this is realy getting frustrating....
Tried, log out, charecter change, zone change, leave and reenter que, nothing works0
