Did I read correctly on the PTS notes. Hist Bark is currently stacking with other sources of major evasion? There is a comment there saying they fixed the issue.

✭No, it doesnt. PTS had Major Evasion change and they messed up only there after making Major Evasion change.Imperials, the one and true masters of all mortal races of Tamriel0
