Drat, I just tried this. I believe I am in the college, there is only one water pool visible (in the hexagonal room, south side, steps go down into it), but there is no prompt to enter a house.
To clarify, I am on an alt that traveled to a friend for the achieve and I have not done any Summerset on any alt yet as I want to work my way through the earlier story first.
