Drunk Personality and Armor Flaps

Using the new "drunk" personality causes armor flaps, front and rear, to float when moving at more than a walk. It looks incredibly silly. Is there any way to avoid this? Or will it eventually be fixed?

unlikely to be fixed anytime soon. I have noticed that a number of costumes also have problems with the front/back armor flaps. I have characters that, whether it's for personality or other reasons, can't wear certain costumes, because the flaps visibly clip. They often don't fix these, and it's rather unfortunate.
