Armatesz✭✭✭✭✭I personally use overwhelming surge myself and yeah it can multiproc, it does set enemies offbalance and even though it targets one person it can multiproc which can lead to multiple enemies being hit and no when it multiprocs the new one does not have the timer for any of them to reset, each zap is its own timer so yeah. I have personally only seen it proc up to 3 times and those 3 times were really rare.

Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

Unfathomable darkness is the only thing that comes to mind as that is the only notable one that doesn't bind on equip that people will likely want. Some of the things would be great but they bind on pickup.Ärmätèsz
