Figured others would like to know that it is being sold in the golden vendor.
For those curious about the set... yes it says it single targets and yes each zap does but it can multiproc so that can mean it can potentially hit multiple targets if they are all in relatively close proximity. When it zaps someone yes it does set them off balance.
The set itself is one of a few that heavy magplars can utilize with either wyrd tree or seducer paired with whichever monster head/shoulder you want to go with.
