Hey everyone! Just wanted to post an update and let everyone know that I've also created a guild on PC NA to go along with this website. The guild will be just focusing on PvE, PvP and social aspects of the game. Nothing near as hardcore as the website competition could get. Let me know if anyone would like to join and be a part of the community!

I remember spamming inevitable detonation into a group of 50 trying to pick up a scroll in a temple. I was averaging 4k per hit so I think my dps was 4000 x 50 x 2/3 = 133 333. Is this a valid submission?

If you factor out the -50% dps from cyrodill it would be 266 666 dps.

No haha that would not be a valid submission. DPS parses must be done on a 6mil dummy and have screenshot of something like cmx showing the details of their parse if under 45k DPS or a video of them performing the parse if over 45k DPS for it to be validated on the site.

Nice to know that I can compete at least somewhere with my 25-30k warden parses

Ah, well, don't mind me. It's my personal l2p issue. Good luck with your project

How you know they don't have macros configured so they just click one button and the character does the complete parse for them while they are drinking a coffee?

Wow, that seems as easy to manage as a bag of cats.

Good luck with your project, something tells me you're going to need a lot of it.

Macros are against the ToS. I can't ensure that people don't use them but if they do then they could be looking at getting banned. So I guess ZoS's enforcement is my enforcement as well.

It's their problem if they get banned or not, I'm taking about the transparency of the rankings, because if they use macros to test DPS on a dummy in their houses ZOS will not ban them for that, however, they can use that parse to participate in your rankings.

It's nice what you are doing, don't get me wrong, just that there is no way to know who is cheating and who is not.
