It appears the Adventurer achievements of CWC are not shown in order after Summerset implement.
This is a screenshot from all achievements, not "show earned." I have several more story quests to go, but Grand Adventurer achievement is not shown.
I checked these achievements on my different toon; then confirmed two achievements are not shown in order - "Grand Adventurer" is placed before "Adventurer."
Since Grand Adventurer is a must achievement to purchase "The Truth In Sequence" I hope this bug to be fixed soon in upcoming patches. I think I have finished 22 or 23 story quests, but at the moment I have no way to check my progress in the achievements window.

Kravinoth29✭✭@ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom I recently saw this and it seems like a bug. There's no CWC Grand Adventurer achievement, which makes the Truth in Sequence item impossible to be bought.
Please take a look in this.

I'm having the same issue. Done all 24 story quests in CwC, but am unable to earn the Grand Adventurer achievement and buy the book.0
