✭✭No Cast, no HP capShields are perfectly fine as they are currently on live. The problem for PvE is CP and boss mechanics, not shields. For PvP, the only people complaining about shields are the noobs who can't figure out how to beat a shield stacker. Shields get burned through in a few hits in BGs, so if you can't kill a magsorc that's on you.8 -

sorcs stop acting like emo-kids crying in the corner because they imagine that world is such a scary plase to live in
go TEST shields changes on next PTS cicle and THEN go complain or be happy
