Is the 40% cap for individual shields on a char or is it a cap for all shields combined on a char?
Because the latter would make healingward absolutely useless.

:P copy and phrase here.
I hope it's the first situation

I am sure healing Ward is exempt from the 40% rule. Healing Ward did not get a cast time. So only conjured Ward and annulment will most likely be impacted by this change. Even then, there will likely be morph options that are full strength but with a cast time, like empowered ward is capped at 40% health but instant cast but hardened ward is full strength with a cast time. Then the same thing with annulments morphs, dampen with a cast time and harness with a cap but instant cast.

This would for sure create some diversity and create (hopefully) interesting build choices.

The main problem that remains is a L2P dependency on a panic button.

There are so many more issues remaining, but at least the biggest one has been resolved ... for now anyway.

LOL, don't you already have an entire thread you started where you post this nonsense over and over?

I guess we'll see when PTS 3 is coming

This will be a buff if you're a Sorc Tank (at least the traditional, health/mitigation Tank and not the DPS Shield Tanks that die instantly if shields drop).
