Dyeable Hair for ESO Plus instead of overpriced appearance change token

Most of the time I find myself wanting to change my hair color just to fit my current outfit/theme but the only option is to buy the whole appearance change token for 1,000 crowns which is not sensible to me since I only want my hair dyed. Can we please have hair color dyes for sale or yet even better include it in ESO plus?
