Console FREEZING Continues!

The freezing in PVP, PVE still continues even after this 12 Gig update.

Can we please get a statement as to why this is happening, and why it continues to happen even after the update?

I’ve personally been affected by the freezing in Cyrodil, and I’ve seen groups of players freeze right in front of me as well.

This type of issue is game changing and completely ruins my gaming experience.

Even when it works people will hit you with 5 attacks you won't see in a millisecond. Like how can I react to what I can't see? Take for instance the other night I got dawnbreakered by a nightblade from stealth with my shields up and instantly vaporized. Look at my death recap dawnbreaker/surprise attack/lethal arrow/ light attack/ surprise attack. I literally only saw him pop out of stealth with the dawnbreaker.

Welcome to playing on systems that struggle to handle open world MMORPGs. It likely comes from your specific system not using all the power it should do to degredation. Technically not just you, but most console get there over time. Like phones and everything else

perhaps you guys should ask Sony and Microsoft since these games have to maintain console validation....

I did. I called Microsoft multiple times last year about the hard crashes to the Xbox dashboard that happen to me and other players every day. According to two different reps i spoke with, Xbox games crash in this matter when there is a coding error with the console trying to read it. They said I should contact the developer.

I just laughed and cried.

Just another one of us console players that's a lost soul that has wandered on to the forums to let zos know that the game is playing like *** at the moment you may now pass in to the light lost soul see you again when the game has a problem next chapter

seriously tho I really wished their was more console players active of the forums as their are PC players then we might get things done faster or at least get payed more attention to

So we should contact Sony or Microsoft when the game was working *OK* before Summerset dlc? I think not.. Zenimax is the problem here..

Freezing, terrible delay happened after updated on ps4 NA, dc per 5-10 mins

This needs an answer ASAP.

This has nothing to do with validation of a patch, this is broke af upon launch.

Loading into PvE areas with constant stuttering and frame rate drops, open world PvP is pretty much unplayable.

Console has been getting left behind for some time by ZoS but this is the absolute worst it’s been. Been here since day 1 on console and this is the closest I’ve been to just being done with this game. Unbelievable that this can get past QC.

I had a freeze yesterday in Alinor, for about 10 seconds, with a "bzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" noise the entire time. Thought I'd have to close and restart but it fixed itself. Summerset sucks in particular atm, for lag, freezing etc.

IMO the console update did NOTHING at all.

Yeah it sucks I think its time to leave this game for good I left when Morrowind came out and came back in December 2017 been playing since but every update breaks this game again and again having year one problems 4 years into release if they haven't fixed the game by now there not I really like this game and the lore and the thought of starting over in another MMO sucks when i know ESO so well had have spent so much time

This is now occurring since wolfhunter update PS4 N.A. Is this going to be fixed ? I'm not going to keep playing a broken game. Red dead redemption 2 I cannot wait.

I haven't had any freezes/crashes in a while, actually.

Usually if I do freeze, it's because I've been playing for a long time and the pre-loading cache or something gets confused and broken. Basically all I have to do to fix that is... you know... take breaks instead of gaming for four hours straight. XD
