If you could multiclass... what skills would you slot?

Let's just imagine that your could pick any skills from any class and skill line without restriction, but you were restricted to ONLY using one bar. Which skills would you slot, and why?

If we count in the passives, lets restrict it so that you could choose max 3 class skill lines in any combination, with their included passives. Example: Aedric Spear, (Templar), Earthen Heart(Dragonknight), Shadow (Nightblade) + 1 weapon skill line. (and abviously the armor/guild/worlds skills)

U. Ultimate.

You might also wanna specify gear, and other things if you wish.

This is frustratingly hard to choose.

1. Impale (Nightblade)
2. Liquid Lightning (Sorcerer)
3. Swallow Soul (Nightblade)
4. Crystal Fragments
5. Hardened Ward
6. Soul Assault

It's not really a great mix for anything specific, but more of the kind of destruction/dark make I've wanted in ESO.

Interesting. I see you didn't pick any weapon skills at all. I guess it's pretty hard to choose something. Especially if you wanna make sure you got enough buffs, and survivability as well.

Right now the only weapon skills I really use are the ones for DPS rotations and the ultimate. I don't like most of the weapon skills (for destruction staff) but use them because it's required for good DPS rotations. I would much prefer to use the class skills as I find them more interesting.
If I had a second bar I might consider getting some on that bar, but I worry that it would be for the reason above and just to fit into a nice rotation for DPS. Sadly I lack the knowledge to make a strong build from all choices, so I just went with something interesting and thematic for general overland play.
I could probably drop the Impale and take Endless Fury to be a better mage rather than assassin.

I would pull delayed or high burst damage abilities from different classes.

Purifying Light and Curse? Juicy. Maybe add in Assassin's Will....

...that's also why it's a bad idea in practice.

I wish Elder Scrolls Online was classless so bad. Some of the characters I envision would work soooo much better if I could mix and match. Like... pretty much all of them.

Take, as an example, my ne'er do well naughty cat. Her original design was focused in part around being a cold-hearted killer, and therefore using ice damage and ice magic. Since there was no dedicated ice magic skill line at that time, I made her a magicka nightblade who used an ice staff on one of her bars (this was also before ice staves were tanking). If I could redo her with skills from other classes? Hell yes:

R. Trigger - Concealed Weapon (nightblade)
L. Trigger - Winter's Revenge (warden)
X button - Shadowy Disguise (nightblade)
B button - Impale (nightblade)
Y button - Sap Essence (nightblade)
Ultimate - Northern Storm (warden)

Her gear wouldn't change. She'd still be running iceheart, stygian, and shadow dancer.

This is a lot harder than it looks.

For my healer, my Resto Bar would probably look something like

- Combat Prayer (Restoration Staff)
- Cinder Storm (Dragonknight)
- Honor the Dead (Templar)
- Energy Orb (Undaunted)
- Empowered Ward (Sorcerer)
- Ult: Northern Storm (Warden)

On my magdk, my frontbar would be:
- Engulfing Flames
- Burning Embers
- Flame Lash
- Impale
- Inner Light
- Fiery Rage
So literally the same, but with an execute (please zos its been 4 years)
