Race/Appearance change

Does changing your race give you a "free" appearance change as well since the sliders obviously wouldn't line up to what you want.

    Be careful though, you can change race but not faction. I got stung like that.

    Yep, and if you don't have the Any Race, Any Alliance upgrade, you are stuck with 3 races of your original faction. +Imperial if you have it.

    Thanks guys. I've got the CE with Any Race, Any Race, currently an Imperial. Want to change to Nord simply cause people say they can't be Templar healers. Are they the most efficient, NOPE, but I'll do it simply to prove people wrong lol

    Fu...uhm... forget what people tell you to play, play what -You- have FUN playing! Often a less then "ideal" combo is more fun since it takes more skill to handle well! And because not everyone is playing it, especially not the FotM-chasers. In addition, you will never have to worry about the powers that be nerfing your "most effective" build, since you never put your trust into the FotM advantage in the first place... ;)

    not true if you change the race it just looks according to your original sliders.

    BUT you can change the appereance as you like.

    I do it in every game I play. Back in WoW launch I was in a raiding guild, not best in the world, but clearing content. Dwarf Dual Wielding Warrior baby. Yes I was top of the DPS charts lol.

    Basically just takes you back to character creation but class and alliance cannot be changed.

    Not true. Its exactly like making a new character, except you keep all your racial points and they get slotted into the new racial points.
