Stop the Shield change

I play a MagSorc that focuses on AoE, with Grothhdar's shoulders set, however I can still speak for all Sorcs who don't fight up close and personal.

As a Sorc, I NEED instant shields. It is the only thing keeping me alive in many dungeons and trials in PvE. I can't tell you how squishy and weak Sorcs are. We are paper thin. The instant Shield cast is the only thing that allows me to absorb the massive DPS thrown my way.

Without it, my Sorc will be useless and die a whole lot more.

This game hooked me because it was FAST PACED....... but now the shield nerf is going to ruin that. Watching an enemy boss about to throw a massive ball at me, and then I instantly react and cast my shield to absorb it and survive..... this all happened within a second....... and now that fast paced style is gone. And my survivability is next to nothing. A shield nerf like this means I will die constantly.

It's making me question whether or not I even want to continue playing and paying for an ESO Plus membership....... which is sad because of how many hours I've poured into my 370 CP Sorc since I started playing in July.

    Another post, same theme.

It’s kind of funny, but most posters are completely oblivious they are actually reinforcing why Zenimax is looking at balance. ;)

    Hello everyone,

This post is to let you know that we've gone ahead and closed this thread. The reason being that it seems more focused on PTS changes to Sorcerers, and there is already an official thread on this matter that can be found here. Feel free to continue this discussion there, this will help keep all feedback in one spot and easy to find.

    Thank you for understanding!
