My bigger concern is how this can be accomplished. Sweeping a keep with detection tools won't help against an enemy player who disconnects during a battle and reconnects after the keep was taken.
Intentional or not, the good sportsmanship approach is to leave the captured keep immediately and not use it as an attack advantage and bomb a transitus shrine.signing off1 -

You’re certainly right about that. NBs have at least one very powerful and influential ally high up in the ESO decision making structure. No harm or nerfs will ever come to them.

I don't disconnect and reconnect into taken keeps, it's very simple to evade people looking for night blades they have very predictable patterns they patrol.
How the f is it unsportsmanlike? Who wrote the handbook of Sportsmanship in Cyrodiil? /lol
If ZOS felt that way they would have made it so when defenders lose the keep it instakills everyone inside it, but... they didn't cause they want to encourage players after a keep is taken to try and retake it and if the captor's don't clear them out they will lose it.Notable toons:

You can't disconnect and reconnect inside. It happens ocassionally as a bug, but it's not supposed to.
A one point on Shor, small groups hiding inside and flipping from the inner became a common tactic to take keeps in the face of an enemy zerg, and people got used to sweeping the keep every time. It worked.

✭✭✭Hey bud- have you ever considered slotting a Soul ability (if you have room for it)? Inevitably, people are going to attack you right after your initial detonation. If they kill you- you'll explode, again, because of the Soul Shatter passive.
Want to enjoy the game more? Try both PvP (crybabies) and PvE (carebears). You'll get a better perspective on everyone's opinion.

As many characters as this can kill, it is a fairly pointless "tactic" when used after a keep has already been taken. The dead can literally just resurrect exactly where they just died.
I would be upset if I lost anything from these bombs, like if food buffs dropped after a death or there was a respawn timer or something, but as it stands these bombs are mostly just for show, and don't have any impact at all on campaigns.0 -
