Unlock a Stunning Villa, Mount & Pet For Free during the Summerfall Event
What does "unlock" mean?
On the face of it, perhaps the villa and/or the mount and/or the pet were initially not for sale in the Crown Store. So it would seem that as "enough" players meet the requirement (the "Summerset Pathfinder Achievement") on at least one character which they play -- before the "event" expiration deadline -- then one or more of those three items have become available for sale:
.... The pet will unlock at 33%, the mount at 66%, and finally the home at 100%.
Given the probably rather large number of extant TESO players, not all of whom have bought the Summerset "chapter", and that only a relative few who are the most ardent even know that the "event" is in progress, I seriously doubt that the villa will make it, whether either of the other items do.
Regardless, to be frank, whether any one or more of my characters earn the Summerset Pathfinder Achievement, it will because they are awarded that achievement
incidentally to my playing of the game as it pleases me to do. Whether ZOS ever sells another item of any kind, let alone whether an item is offered for sale, in the Crown Store is
so irrelevant to me and to my play of the game that no words can describe just how irrelevant that it is.
