Please help me, serious bug!!

So I was doing the quest The Mallari-Mora and I had to activate some orb and when I did these ghosts attacked me. I was killed and whenever your player dies he goes through that blue screen where you can travel around as a ghost. This blue screen is still on my character, 3 days after I died. I cannot see anything, it is super dark and I have tried to log off but nothing has worked. Please help!

DarkInvictus✭✭Usually once you die, you press the E key to revive at a waypoint. If that doesn't work try some console commands like /respawn etc. I'm not sure on the commands for this game but they might be in the help section.0
