I disagree with this. PVP isn't heard enough. The problem I think is the fact ZOS hasn't implemented a system where each skill is different between PVP and PVE. They try but as we all see, it's not that easy. The tool tip for each skill should give the damage for PVP and PVE. A possible different effect between PVP and PVE. So something like "This ability grants ______ and deals 500 damage for an X amount of time. While in Cyrodiil, this ability grants ______ and deals 250 damage for X amount of time."I feel all the voices in this community and the developers focus all on PVP, and never thought of PVE or how each toons plays in PVE. What if some people doesn’t enjoy or want to pvp?
