stuck on requesting character load screen!

Infinite "logging in requesting character load" after character creation!I waited for 1-3 hours with different characters,also tried to open ports,repair laincher,turn off firewall etc. but nothing helps!Problem since early access.Once I left loading on all night but in the morning loading still continued(total 9+ hours).Problem with server?ISP?Just bug?I have no idea.please reply if you have the same problem.EU server, digital imperial edition.

A support-person told me to set my graphic settings to minimum and then hit play. He said it might still take few minutes to load tho. This did not work for me but it might work for you.

I had the same issue and tried all the troubleshooting I could but no resolution was found until I contacted my ISP and they provided me a public IP. After that I have had no issues. Usually an ISP gives everyone a public IP but mine was one that didn't. So that is worth checking with you ISP.
