healers are useless. They only win when your team is bigger then the other already

It's clear with this set that the Devs have a multi-purpose goal with it:
1) make Healers needed in PvP...
2) break up the small group Stamina Meta...
I think these are worthwild goals...
I'm not sure this set in its current form is the way to go about though...
I imagine fighting someone one on one who had this set would be unpleasant as their healing will be intact while they'd be sabotaging yours regularly...

You do realize everyone (including your potential pockethealer) will be affected by this set right?
nd that being said
What good is a dedicated healer that cant heal?
Tbh i think ure just trolling, if not i feel sorry for you
First off, I won't comment on your ability to write a complete, thoughtful statement again as it's a low-blow.
And to refer to your questions: you act like every single person is all of a sudden going to switch to this set. And if a healer can't offer more than 5.5k healing in 4 seconds then you definitely need to find a new healer in your group. The only thing (which I believe is the crux of all your whining) that this will reduce is the effectiveness of Vigor, but it won't completely negate it so just relax.
I havent even voiced my opinion regarding the set but im whining about the set? Good one
Again you show complete lack of knowledge about general combat nd mechanics.
1. No im not acting like every1 is gonna run the set. But we can all agree that when a set proves to be OP a huge chunk of the playerbase will run it. Sloads being a perfect example. So we can be pretty positive the set, if implemented how it is now, probably will run rampant in cyro nd bgs.
2.The healer first has to clear the healing negate in order to then deal with the damage the healer itself takes. After that it can go cover the damage its groupmembers take. Lets factor in defile and ull be quick to see ur pockethealer be rendered less usefull ud expected. And thats even without factoring in the possibility of the set being stackable.
3. Again im not whining about the set, i dont really care about the set tbch. I hardly even play this game anymore. The only reason im responding here is cause u look stupid drowning in ur own convictions.
Talking about a counter to spamming vigors. Lol smdh

How ironic, calling someone out for the assumption that they don't know the current game mechanics when you just stated that you hardly even play the game. Done wasting my time arguing with someone who doesn't even know the current state of the game.
Lets wait until the set actually releases and take it from there; let's not state it's going to be breaking the game by running rampant throughout Cyrodill and BGs.
LMFAO vigor spam? Get outta here, the heal is nothing to write home about and cant actually be spammed. Are we going to whine about rapid regen spam as well now?Donny_Vito wrote: »Donny_Vito wrote: »I'm really looking forward to this set. I can't wait to see the people try to spam Vigor and nothing happens.
Don’t worry. You’re still gonna get 1vXed, small scaled, packed up and respawn on the forums groveling for nerfs. Guarantee it. Cus see, ppl who constantly cry for nerfs and applaud crutch sets have no interest or ability to actually improve. So the result for you, ultimately, will be the same regardless what handicaps they add. See you in your next post whining about whatever.
LOL! What an assumption you just made based on the fact I'm excited about countering those Vigor spammers, which in-turn gives me the assumption that you're that type of player. And I don't see any indication I was crying about nerfs; instead I was applauding the fact that we can finally counter those type of players. If anything, I was saying good job to ZOS for the buff. Nice try, though.

The state of the game currently in cp is everyones in heavy armour and there a healbots everywhere who if built right you can't kill 6v1. Nevermind if there is another healer.

Would you really quit a game because of a new set? Seems a bit of an over-dramatic response for not wanting to adapt and enjoy the game.
leepalmer95 wrote: »Adapt? You cannot 'adapt' to that set.
It'll literally kill the only type of pvp i enjoy because running around in a slideshow with 40+ people is boring.

You can adapt to anything, it just takes a willingness and desire to try. It sounds like you only enjoy a very small aspect of ESO anyways, so that might be the real problem. Is solo PvP the one thing left that you like?
So, if some aspect of the game will be dead then the answer is "well, there are other aspects of ESO PvP you can play"?
And ye, for some people pvp (pick their favorite: solo, small, big group) is the only way they want to play ESO, only bother with pve for new good (or hella broken) sets.
You can adapt to this set simply by running magplar with a lot of heal to 'overheal' that ridiculous set. But, uh, oh, what if I don't want to?

The first part of your argument/question was that: some aspect of the game will be dead. Do we really think this one single set is all of a sudden going to completely wipe out PvP and make it a ghost town? That is naive. If people really do enjoy PvP, then they will adapt and continue to play the aspect they enjoy just like everybody else is going to do. Of course there are going to be a few outliers, people who are going to rage quit (probably more a reflection of personal character) but that is to be expected after every patch. PvP will continue, and the good players with adapt.
