In general magicka classes need some way of root/snare immunity as roll dodge is to costly for them. Maybe altering a bit equilibrium from mages guild could do the trick. It's one of the least used skills. What do you think about changing it this way?
Base skill:
Costs 4k hp base skill and morphs without healing debuff etc. because now it restores 6k magicka over 20s, there is no way to abuse it by spaming it.
1st morph:
Soul eater
Costs 4k hp but now restores 6k magicka over 20s and the final tick restores additional 4k magicka.
2nd morph:
Bloody rush
Costs 4k hp, restores 6k magicka over 20s and grants snare and root immunity for 5s.

— They always claim they’re “investigating” the causes, but in reality they’re just waiting until the PC EU players go to bed. Once that happens, you can suddenly log in again and they happily mark the issue as Fixed.
