You can get onto the ledge around the edge, yes. I'm not entirely sure about the rocks, I shall have to have a little look next time I am on the pts!

Are the crown store furnishings on the PTS already, and will you be doing a video to showcase those too? Very excited about that based on your video of the crafted ones (loving the new designs way more than I thought I would, based on the vanilla Argonian stuff being ugly).
Also, has the writ vendor been updated with new furnishings, do you know? Would love to see some of those too if you have a chance.
Strangely, we don't actually seem to have any items on the crown store that cannot be crafted this time around, so far at least (aside from the plants and trees, and the two rocks) which is great too! There is nothing new on the writ vendor as of yet, but hopefully there will be! There are the Murkmire achievement furnishings which I completely forgot about, so I shall definitely record a video of those

That's an interesting development. I guess it remains to be seen if they will add some later.
