Will a 1 sec. cast times to shields break the game for all light armor users?

    No. Shields should not be able to be used immediately when needed.
    I play with enough delay already.

    No. Shields should not be able to be used immediately when needed.
    First this change wont allow u to stack 3 shields like hardened ward harness and than healing ward on top in order to have ez pz times, 2nd look at magicka dks, magicka templar also some magicka wardens in light armor that dont use shields max healing ward and they are doing well. why? cuz they have crit resist traits no like 90% of skilled sorcs they invest in sustain and resist sets like armor master/amberplasm in order to stay alive (yup not necropotance with julianos without any resist or sustain) maybe when u realise that you have to invest in health resist and stamina sustain as a magicka player you will come down to earth and l2p finnaly (keep in mind healing ward does not have cast time) but yep u wont exploit with other shieldstacking so u can get heal for sure. also there is a thing u guys forgot there is such thing like mobility and line of sight playing well means using ur mobility line of sight and terrain to avoid dmg or being hit in tough situations as a dk and stam player i mastered this. Playing well does not consist in stackin 3 shields in less than 2 seconds jumping like a bunny forward and backward meanwhile spaming curse with frags

    What you fail to understand is that magicka DKs often use sword and shield and heavy armour, which offers great protection. In addition, they have access to great passive heals. Similarly, magicka templars are healed by jabs and have access to huge burst heals, as well as a heal over time in their cleanse, which is why they don't need shields. This isn't just about sorcerers (although they are arguably most impacted) it is also ruinous for magicka wardens and nightblades too, who just don't have access to other forms of defence.
