So for example
PCNA characters count for the PCNA community and PCEU characters count for the PCEU community? Correct?

Also I have it on one character, if I do it on another character on that account, it will still count?

Edit...found the answer to the character question. It counts even if you already did it on one

You'll only be able to get rewards on the server they're earned on. If you earn three crates on each server, you will have to log in on each server to open the three specific to that one. You will not be able to open all 6 crates on your "main" server.

Likewise with the daily rewards. Take the 100k as the final reward for this month. You could potentially earn it on both servers if you have been logging in to each one since the start of the month, but that 100k will be restricted to each server, not 200k on one. That being said, if you partner up with someone who "mains" the opposite server you do and both engage in this activity, you could theoretically trade gold, where you give him/her your 100k on EU and he/she gives you the 100k on the NA server from his/her account. Just depends if you're patient enough to sit through 5 extra minutes of load screens to login to the other server daily. (Time estimate for console - not sure if PC servers are molasses like ours)

I made a character on EU to do it last night. I had 6 Ouroboros crates, a lava wolf and my pre-purchase rewards waiting for me (mounts and costumes from chapter purchases). There were also 4 other crates but I don’t know what they were from, maybe steam outages or eso live or something.

If you can log into your account on this website and go to Purchasing history, all that stuff/codes will be on the EU server. Anything else will not be. So the crowns balance I have shows up on EU (because it’s in my account purchase history) but the past stuff I bought with crowns (hair, pets) will NOT show up on EU because that is not in my account purchase history, those are server wide and EU is a different server.

Last night because i really didn't feel like doing anything in particular i did help EU. I jumped on PC and Xbox and finished the achievement for the locations. Both NA for xbox and pc was done when i played through the game.

Yes, like a brand new install of whatever you bought from outside the game. Anything bought outside of the game is available on both. (Crowns, chapters, the game itself.)

If purchased in-game, it will only be available for the server it was purchased on.

I would like some clarification that the goal we have to reach is a set number and not a certain percent of accounts that activated Summerset. If it is like 60% of the accounts that own Summerset, then making another account on another server is pointless and a waste of time. If it is a set number, then everyone should do it.

All it says on the FAQ page is:

While we aren’t disclosing numbers, we can confirm that “100%” does not mean 100% of all players who own ESO or even ESO: Summerset.

I created my first ever NA Character two days ago and completed the "PATHFINDER" achievement.

Unfortunately, there was no one around who was willing to port me to Arteum. I had to complete the Queen's Decree quest to get me there.

My Character is a Mage-Blade but the only half-decent weapons I could find were Shield with Axe, sword or Dagger but my armour was a mixture of all weights.

A combination of SB's Pierce Armour with the rest of my 'Actives' form NB Skills line saw me through nicely.
