Yes, it's once per account per platform & megaserver. So you could technically do it up to 6 times (3 platforms of 2 megaservers each).

"Just to clarify things, the morrowind expansion is applied to your game account and will work for both the EU and NA Megaservers. If you want to play on both the PC and a Console you will need a second copy of morrowind for the second platform."

Hey, idea: since it sounds like several people on either server will be making a toon for the other server for this event, we all ought to post what platform and server is our MAIN one and our gamertag. We can friend the appropriate folks and help each other port to wayshrines on the other side and make this go faster for the slower new accounts.
Example: I am PS4 NA primarily. My gamertag is DragonRacer13. If you are PS4 EU and making an NA account to do this achievement, feel free to send me a friend request and if we see each other both online, I will be happy to taxi you to the wayshrines nearest all the locales on the NA server. And would appreciate the same when my fledgling EU account takes wing for this.
One exception: I'm in-game but not available on Friday nights (U.S. time) as I run our Friday Night Guild Auction.

Summerfall event was announced today. Basically, everyone in the community needs to earn the Summerset pathfinder achievement, which is finding all those eyeball icon locales on the Summerset and Artaeum map.
It is account-based, not character-based. Meaning if you have a North American or European account and you do the achievement on one character, that's it. Your other toons on that account - if they earned it - it would not count towards this event challenge. And if you have already earned that achievement, it is already counted towards this event.
HOWEVER, you can make an account on your other megaserver. Example: I am PS4 NA. I can make a PS4 EU account and play on it. I don't have to buy Summerset again or anything. This means it will be a fresh baby character - no CP points, no gold, no armor/weapons, none of the things I purchased from the Crown store, etc - but I can do the Summerset Pathfinder achievement on the PS4 EU account and it WILL count towards that community event goal.
Make more sense?

It's retroactive. Gina said in the event news thread that the 20% total they're already showing is from folks who have already gotten the achievement and it does count towards this event. It also counts if you get it between now and official event start, too, so people don't have to wait until Thursday for fear of missing some window.PS5 NA. No you don't, it's already recognised - on that server, but you can still do it on the other server for your platform and get another completion counted.0 -
