This post is gonna be something like one guy story so take a seat and grab your popcorn - there gonna be a long textwall here 
INTRO
My wife started playing ESO at beta and soon i joined her in our great journey in Tamriel. We both was big fans of TES series and experinced MMO players.
The game was awful at beta but ZOS managed to polish it into a shining jewel with amazing story beautifull graphics and fast reactive combat.
I was totally OK about supporting my belowed hobby so we subbed and bought crowns again and again. I adviced this game to all my friends and brought them into Tamriel
to have great time together in this masterpiece.
I made my way from useless clueless potato scrub to multy-flawless hardcore achievement hunter and PVP theorycrafter with 28 max level/endgame geared characters.
My problem is... i don't feel that i'm enjoying ESO in same way it was before. Here are a few reasons (yes they are totally biased and it is just my opinion)
COLLECTIONS
- as a completionist freak i liked to collect stuff... when Housing came to live i spended millions and milliones but got ALL existing furniture recipies just to get morrowind changes
with insanely low drop chances and insane guild stores prices. I can't afford 70-100 new items every 3 months with prices goes up to millions per one page...
so i stopeed my furnishing collection crusade.
- motifs...i've got them all...i can even acept recent changes with newly introduced drop system for welkynar (6000 crowns or months of grinding/millions of gold spended)
but those battleground pages which gonna take YEARS to collect them all makes me feel very sad. I'm considering to stop my collection so no joy from this aspect of game for me
now here too.
Crown Store
- Feels empty. Same with crown crates where ~70% content is there just to fill positions. Moreover the items they present are mostly a combination of parts of allready existing items.
Not even gonna mention bad dyes application/ totally messed up stuff like renegate dragon priest costume.
Overall game impressions
Story/Chapters/Quest
- Level designers - YOU ROCK guys! really great job with amazing detalisation...guys you are the best
- storyline - overall great but but feels slightly too simplified at some points with certain lack of refinement( yep looking at you, my lazy modeled afro-Nocturnal)
PVE
great job with new dlc dungeons - had great time there while getting all those tasty skins
PVP
not gonna say a single word about balancing here... the thing that destroys PVP for me is lags and desinc which leads greatest fast-pased reactive combat system (on paper)
into a total mess. gl hitting someone who is right in front of you on your screen but actually 20m away.
Recent Class balance changes
Well...we can adapt...human can adapt to mostly anything, but ADAPTING NOT EQUALS FUN. I can go heavy armor on my magsorc and totally overhaul my setup/gameplay.
Am i gonna enjoy it? i really doubt it. Yes i can play my other toons... like rock my stamblade in pvp...but does thoughts about shelving my main (ok ok l2p and adapt bla-bla)
makes me happy?
All this stuff makes me feel that i care about ESO too much...maybe it is time to move on... maybe... still subbed /sitting on 50+k crowns i have nothing to spend on
but really thinking about unsub now and try something else. It doesn't make me happy beacause i still love ESO...It is a great game and i have invested thousands of hours and dollars into it
and had a great time here.. it just doesn't bring all that fun it used to give. I'm not burned on ESO just frustrated and kinda depressed =/

ExcaliburESO✭✭✭✭I understand u my friend i had alot of fan when mag dk was overpowered i could spam vamp ult every 10 sec and get my kills. Im afraid i got nerfed and had to adapt. Looks like u also no longer be able to kite 20 ppl around a keep and kill 1 every 10 sec u land hunting course with a frag on them. Well being overpowered is fun yes but it ruins fun for everybody else so yes time for others to have fun right now when i look at patch notes i cant rly say who is strongest class. and that is good.. before patch if u ask i say mag sorc without doubt.1

the game just not brings all the fun it used to give me in many aspects
when i was asked about ESO before my answer was - it is AWESOME
now i can say... nice graphics, best MMO quests, cool storyline...but that's it

i didn't feel being OP on my magsorcs for years now
when i want to feel OP and get some easy frags i log to my stablades (got heavy brawler and med burster) or stamden.
btw i don't like proctato meta at all...no skill and meta or gtfo is not that type of gameplay i can appreciate.
actually i'm playing all classes except DK so my post never was about omg omg my sorc is dead
it was about my (biased and personal) impressions about ESO

✭Storyline and quest design are pretty low quality....
DDO still had the best quests. Tempest Spine..The Wizard King...The Sewers...man....those of you who didn't play it back in the day just don't know.....The Giant area....ah I hope another game on that level comes out soon....0 -
