Werewolf & NB questions (for PvE)

So reading over talent allocation suggestion guides I noticed that werewolf builds were included on nearly every DPS class guide along with non-werewolf builds. Is a werewolf build superior than a non-werewolf build? Does werewolf builds allow for any sort of ranged combat or is it all melee and/or stamina builds? I'm asking because I'm seriously considering a werewolf build for my magicka NB and stamina NB (assuming ESO fixes my damn game issues I've got a ticket about). What about werewolf included in a DK tank & magicka sorc builds? Thanks for any help you can provide!

✭✭Have a go at being a werewolf, and all of your questions will be answered quickly.
Is a werewolf superior? Sometimes, but not often and definitely only for a stamina dps build.
Werewolf ranged combat? Werewolf is a transformation. You could have a bow/bow build and transform into a werewolf which is all melee range (with a great charge ability).
Magicka NB? Just no. Everything about werewolf scales really well off of stamina, so only high Stam builds get a lot out of werewolf.
Stam NB? Yes. I believe that a bosmer werewolf NB can have the best Stam Regen in the game, which is very nice.
Dk tank. No. Tanks need to taunt and you cannot taunt in werewolf form. The passive Stam Regen seems nice, but you don't regenerate stamina when you block, and tanks block a lot.
Mag sorc. No. Same as mag NB.

WW - Relequen + Blood Moon + Kena
Non WW - Relequen + Berserker Warrior + Selene
WW has no ranged dmg , most of damages come from LA , I have no idea about magicka WW lol

I'm aware of ALCAST providing 2 totally different setups for classes. That's why I was asking about werewolf vs non-werewolf builds. I did notice that the werewolf builds for every class was nearly identical to each other with the exception of the NB having a couple different talent selections & ultimate on the second bar. Since I've never actually played a werewolf, I was asking for stuff about the skill line to see if it is even worth getting in the first place. I have been doing a few battlegrounds over the past 2 days when I was able to stay logged on and noticed that it seemed like half the players are werewolves. I figured that it was dominate in PvP but I didn't know how werewolf stacked up against non-werewolf builds for PvE though.0
