Savage Wolf Fix ONLY In PTS Patch Notes

Clearly 'looking into a fix in an earlier patch' was essentially lip service to stop the complaints. Between the unbearable difficulty of MoS hardmode on Xbox and this 'buff' that was broken on launch, I'm honestly feeling very disappointed with the 'werewolf specific' DLC as a werewolf player. While being able to use synergies, res, and the werewolf timer change is satisfactory, and frankly very useful, the fact that it was knowingly served to us with a side of disappointment and sadness is just frustrating.

Advertised the patch as a ww overhaul patch yet somehow broke ww itself and left it in arguably a worse position.
Then decide to leave it in that state for 3 months because zos.
Hey we broke this and we know we did but we're going to leave it broke for 3 months because we have other priorities like buffing our p2w class.PS4 EU DC
