Mag Nightblade DPS Build Suggestions/Questions

I am looking for a build with preferably strong self healing, high (30K?) DPS, a bow and dual wield as weapons and as a vampire. I am also looking at 50/50 health and magicka as I dont like being too squishy. Im aware this is very specific and if this will automatically make my build terrible, just suggest what would be better (these are just what i already have/what my preference is). Im not looking for anything based on my current build except I want to stay a MagBlade DPS Vampire. Does anyone have any builds (whether from a site or video etc) that match or any similar builds that are good?

I don't really play DPS, so what I'm going to tell you is pretty general, but that build doesn't look possible. Here are a few things to consider

1. Max magicka increases the damage done by your abilities. Splitting 50/50 magicka & health will lower your dps and you probably won't hit that 30k you are after. On my healers I tend to go 3:1:1 (mag-health-stam) and you probably want something closer to that (maybe even 4-1-0).

2. bow and dual wield are both Stam based weapons. That means that a heavy attack from them won't regen magicka and all of their abilities (or most at least) are going to be stam based. That means you are going to have to almost solely rely on just NB abilities if you want to have a build like that. You could dual weild swords for the 6% damage increase but then I'd have at least one staff instead of the bow. Destro (but not ice) would probably be better for a dps.
