Terrible New Sets in the new Update

Its disgusting, I can't look at them, If I were in charge of the design team or a guy who works on those sets I would make some serious questioning about it, not only they are adding the same 5 piece bonus rewards but the 1 2 3 4 bonuses are always identical or similar to 80% of all other sets, ITS TERRIBLE...
Also those new sets from the Arena in Murkmire, they are so boring and weak especially now when you changed the minor major buffs as well and the armor and shields.

We must be looking at different sets. Because I see at least 3 from the full sets that are going to be interesting and a few of the new weapons have potential as well. The destro staff in particular looks promising, especially since they are also buffing Impulse damage with the patch.

I thought several of the sets looked good, with only a few duds. Yeah maybe they can't be used for every build in every case but I can think of several uses just right now looking at the current state of them.

The sets look good, and they look like a move away from pasting more and more damage procs on sets.

I'm pretty happy with them. Similar sets with minor stat differences allow people to tweak builds in minor and subtle ways.

I'm actually surprised by how good a lot of the new sets look this patch. And some of the Murkmire weapons look downright OP so I don't know what you're talking about.

    Soldier of Anguish looks good.

    Too good.

ZOS has a habit of releasing powerful proc sets for PVP that are overpowered and slowly get nerfed. Earthgore, Zaan, Sloads...Anguish looks like the next in line.

    Okay, here you go.

Bright-Throat’s Boast: magicka bone pirate. Insanely strong.

Champion of the Hist: Stamina shalks exoskeleton. That's pretty cool, even if I don't see myself running it much.

Naga Shaman: Amazing backbar set for anyone running resto staff backbar (or some other combinations/gearings, but healing ward is the obvious one).

Perfect Gallant Charge: Charge into Reverb Bash/Low Slash as an opener isn't uncommon.

Perfect Spectral Cloak: Situational/backbar, but with the evasion changes might be useful.

Perfect Razor Shot: Bleeds are strong, and the ability is getting a range buff.

Perfect Mender’s Ward: Potentially clutch. Will compete with other backbar resto sets.

Indomitable Fury: Against any competent opponent, this set will have high uptime. For builds that don't have access to either of these buffs elsewhere, could be a solid choice. If you have one of these buffs, the respective 100% uptime set (shalks/vamp lord) will be better, generally.

Spell Strategist: I've hit 22k dark flares this patch against players. This gives me an extra 100 spell damage compared to my current setup. This set will be pretty cool.

Battlefield Acrobat: Stamina Alteration Mastery? Alteration mastery is already a strong set that is often overlooked. This is pretty cool, even if sustain generally isn't that sought after this patch.

Soldier of Anguish: Possibly OP, already the source of much QQ.

Steadfast Hero: With 50 percent uptime on purgebots, I'm expecting this to be tested (but probably not ultimately adopted) by organized groups.

Battlefield Defender: Not super exciting, but a solid choice for support builds. Let's a potato tank contribute a little more than previously.

....so yeah, I think the itemization in murkmire is pretty cool.
