Should pvp part of IC become free for all so we can add more to emperorship-mechnic?

PVE part should still be locked behind DLC, so quests, dungeons, telvars are still only available to those who sub or brought DLC

The reason behind this is simply that IC, while being a pvp area, does not feel "realated" to cyrodiil pvp at all due to they are not part of "win condition", and that's because they are behind a pay wall, not everyone would be able to access it.

The way I see it, capturing at least 4 sectors of IC should also be an objective of emperorship, this makes alliance must fight a two front war, more tactics and cooperations are required (for example, sending the elite team into IC while the zerg push in cyroll).

But to do that, like I said IC (at least pvp part) must be accessible for all to prevent unfairness

    While in theory it can work, this will most likely cause too much mess.
    There will be total zerging in otherwise small areas of Imperial City(which are not built for large scale type of battles).
    Strategic thinking is all fair and good but in Cyrodiil, spreading out this much will only lead to trouble.

    Since in and out IC is kinda troubling (and the daedra threat in IC), it would be easier to prevent emperorship by attack keeps with a zerg rather than just waiting in IC while losing all exterior points

    Each sector should still worth only few points without emperorship, so if you stay in IC to prevent emperorship while losing all outside points, that one alliance would still win the day

    There is one other issue:
    This may complicate achieving emperor achievement/gaining status again too much.
    While making achievements harder is not bad(I'm a former emperor myself), making it almost twice as hard to achieve will be quite bad.
    There are many objectives in Cyrodiil so there is no need to complicate it even more.

    The districts in IC are too easy to be added to Emperorship.

    The districts have 3 NPCs guarding the flag. 3.

    A single Cyrodiil resource has 4 guards on the flag, plus 3 on the tower.

    As for a single keep on the emp ring, well I'm pretty sure you've fought 12 NPCs before you even get through the inner door to capture the flags.

    IC districts don't even compare. So, if you want the IC Districts to be added to Emperorship, they've got to get a lot harder.

    (Same for points, since they are easier than a resource.)
