He's using a fire enchant and I'd guess a spell damage enchant or magicka poisons with it.
He's using:
Elemental Weapon
Channelled Acceleration
Blazing Spear
Blockade
Vampires Bane
Purifying Light
Assuming:
Channelled Focus
Inner Light x2 (both bars)
Harness Magicka
Meteor, not sure if it's x2.

* P2: Purifying Light - LA - Vampire's Bane - LA - 4x Elemental Weapon / LA - Repeat
Keep up Elemental Drain / Channeled Acceleration / Channeled Focus all the time (skip 1 elemental weapon when you need to refresh)
You can also swap Purifying Light with Radiant Oppression if it's a long fight
Dummy parses are confusing, it's much more playable in vTrials where you don't need that much sustain
