Whether it will just be temporary access or permanent remains to be seen.
From what I understood from what they said, though they kind of got confused. You have to wait till the end of the month to get it for free, but you have to log in everyday till the end of the month. From that I am assuming once you get it at the end of the month, it's yours forever.2 -

i run eso plus anyhow so theres no real point to it anyhow. if you dont play this game with eso plus you lose out on way to much. that craftbag is almost mandatory these days for how much stuff you have to collect.1 -

Oh I agree, I have Plus as well. I was just explaining that if you get it from the monthly login, you should get it forever.0
