    Not on the user end. ZOS has changed it a couple times over the years.

    oh my eyes. I use dark theme everywhere: notepad++, google and other sites, code editors...
    I hope ZOS will add this feature in future.

    You can use browser addons like Dark Reader on many mobile app and desktop browsers.
