Finding a guild

So I'm a fairly casual player and honestly don't have more than an hour every few nights to play. I love crafting and see a reason to do it to make a little money. Since there is no AH in this game I know a guild is necessary but how does one find a guild? Is there is a listing of Guilds that are available?
