I’ve never seen this before for players. Isn’t this supposed to be one of the new enemies in one of the dungeons? I haven’t played ESO much so forgive me if this isn’t anything out of the norm.

That's just a momento you can get from one of the new dungeons in the wolfhunter dlc only let's you change like that for a second or two
