Is there a way to move the chat window?

I am hoping somebody might be able to help.
I just upgraded from a 16:10 monitor to a 21:9 monitor today and am having some issues with the chat window. On one character, the chat window relocated itself to the corner, as it should, however, on my second character, the chat window is in the same place as it was when I was playing on a 16:10 monitor.
I checked the chat window settings, and the pane is not locked. Any suggestions?

Really? It won't budge for me. Even on the character that it seems to be working fine for. I can resize the window, just not move it.
EDIT - Man, i feel dumb. I was clicking along the top of the chat window. I had to actually click on the word "Chat". Thanks for the help.Edited by Rapscallion74 on April 4, 2014 10:58PM0 -
