If you are using the The Elder Scrolls Online (EU) and the liveeu is installed in the default directory then they should show.

~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/liveeu/AddOns

Do you use an Addon Manager to install? If Minion make sure the path is set in Options. You will currently need to uninstall and reinstall as the old add-ons still show even after relaunching it.

If the contents in the addons own folders in Addon?

Did you just copy paste the Addons folder or contents from the live version?

There are other files in the live folder which contain addon information which may be required like:

~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/liveeu/AddOnSettings.txt

~/Documents/Elder Scrolls Online/liveeu/SavedVariables

Does store some add-on stuff.
