Is there a way to subscribe to ESO news?

So, I don't use twitter (though it seems like I will have to), so the only way I got updates about ESO events was ESO Google Plus feed, which is currently discontinued.
I know I can visit ESO FB every day, but is there more convenient way to get updated about events like Bethesda streams?
Can I subscribe to the ESO news somewhere, so I'll get e-mails with reminders about streams, celebration events, updates etc without need to frequently browse it by myself?

✭✭✭Yes! Where is this "ESO Newsletter"?
I'm referring to the "Summerfall" announcement~The event is called Summerfall.
During this event, players will be required to receive the Summerset Pathfinder achievement. Apparently, the more players get an achievement, the more valuable rewards will be available to the owners of the chapter.
Earthmaker Earthseeker : visit all the remarkable places on Summerset.
The awards include new pet, mount and house.
Awards will be available to all players from whom the chapter "Summerset" was purchased .
Progress can be tracked on the official website.
In addition, the game was added information about another mini-event, which, apparently, is not related to Summerfall. All players who subscribe to the ESO newsletter for a certain period will receive a Dwemer spider of the solar arc (pet) as a gift.
I have had a ESO account since 2013 and get E-mail notices and such, but there is no "ESO Newsletter" link that I know of.
Any ideas anyone?

I would love to be proven wrong, but this button does not exist on the front page, both mobile and desktop.1 -
Grayfax✭✭✭I can't find it either. And I sent in a notice as it was not helpful in finding something that doesn't seem to be there. Perhaps it was omitted, or perhaps it was discontinued but the Support option was not updated.0 -

✭✭✭✭If you log into your Account there is a link for a Marketing Preferences page. On that page there is a tick box option to receive news via email. I'm not entirely sure that that is the "ESO News" they are talking about though.PC EU0 -
