Nerf healing. way overtuned. Cyrodil is just filled with magplars spamming constant heals to random kids zerging you. Remove block casting heals. Add a health cap. No reason why 1 player should be zerged by multiple unkillable tanks with 35k hp+, a ton of snares and roots, and healers. The game no longer has any decent pvp. Everyone is afraid to die in a videogame. So they slap on sword and board and hold down block in large groups of players with 35k hp+, a ton of resistances and a ton of crit resist. It almost feels like its not even worth it to build damage anymore. The ratio of players unkillable to killable is like 4 to 1. Its not like these players know what they are doing and are good at keeping themselves alive, they are just tanks. They sit there and hold block for an entire fight and just try to live.

Ahh, so you're one of the potatoes that attacks 40K+ HP no damage tanks.
Either that or you have a terrible build.
