when a target is below executive it is suppose to go off immediately, instead its hitting and applying a delay before going off

    It has been broken since Update 19 went live.
    The delay is approximately 2 seconds.

    I'm disappointed, thought it will be another nerf sorc thread :(
    I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.

    People are STILL calling for nerfs to sorcs. Most sorcs have vacated the class because of the way it plays now, and it's not nearly as good as it used to be. I really do wonder what makes people believe sorc is still in need of a nerf

    The complaints about Fury/Wrath in BGs will vanish once Scoring is tied to damage done and not to who got the KB. I don’t know who thought this was an excellent idea in the first place.

    This. This would also help to divide points between opposite teams (no more kill steals).
    I'm done with this game because of ZOS pushing us into Vengeance, because they don't know how to fix Cyrodiil.

    One morph should be a pvp execute like the current skill, the other morph should be a pve morph that deals instant dmg.

    At the moment there’s no way to make a good pve execute not OP in pvp with the delayed burst mechanic.

    Well BGs should be balanced around BGs ;) Like Feanor wrote, tie scores with damage dealt not the killing blow and everything will be fine ;) no nerfs needed.

    Anyone moaning about sorcs in Dragonbones was embarrassing themselves. We are now nerfed worse with bugs. I cringe for anyone calling for nerfs now.

    Dduke is only doing that so he can legitimately yell nerf sorc once they get buffed.

    This is true.
    The delay is not the only issue with this ability.
    It's a mystery why they broke this ability since given it's mechanic it should be only a few lines of code.

    @ZOS_Wrobel It will be appreciated if you will fix it in the near future :)
