ESO is broken and this doesn't rhyme.

First things first;
1. It's not broken for everyone.
2. broken doesn't necessarily mean absolutely unplayable to the bone.

Thing is, we know that some of you are absolutely having a blast like a sload on the beaches of summerset, but for others, situation is horrible and is getting worse by the day. Here's an average day in eso for me:

1.Login to the game,
2.Try to enter a delve,
3.Infinite Loading Screen,
4. Alt + f4 & Relog
5. Try again to enter the delve
6. Finally make it in
7. Immediately game freezes and crashes
8. Alt + f4 & Relog
9. You can't relog because you just got Error 307: Booted from server
10. Strange.. thats a first.. close the game and relaunch
11. No error ! you're placed in queue
12. Try to enter a delve
13. Repeat from step 3.

I know this has been everywhere around the forums lately, but things don't end here.

Dungeon and BG Finders are broken majority of the time, at least for all 3 guilds i'm in atm.
Guild Stores are still buggy, sometimes they just get stuck and you're unable to search, only fixable by changing zones, /reloadui doesn't fix it.
Do I even have to go into the lag issues.

And the list goes on by the day and probably will. But i know everyone here is sick of rants and complaints, and trust me I am aware, that this is a game after all and it'll of course have its twerks. So i didn't really come here for a rant, but rather for a question:

Why, oh why, aren't you listening to the community. You are constantly trying to push new content without ever fixing the old. It makes no sense to build a floor on top of an unstable foundation. IMO it would be preferable to first fix the holes in the ship before buying the cannons.

TL;DR: Nice game, yes good game, a bit broken, fix pls can't play

bad thing is this is a white knight thought because the ingame consensus is that this is happening all over the place once again the vocal minority trying to screw the silent majority.

My eso renewed a few days ago but isn’t working. The sad thing is, is I really don’t care. I’m on Xbox. Been spending a fortune on respecs, redoing cp, attributed and skills and everything I can think of on my main dps to get my health and mag to where it was before wolfhunter. Hey attack’s literally work 50% of the time and 20% of that time it does it when I don’t want it to. In every city the frame rate is half of every other area. Can’t q for anything. Won’t even attempt pvp anymore. Can’t even get a reply back when reporting a character issue. I can go on for days. Guess what I’m saying is I probably won’t be a daily player anymore and if it wasn’t for my guild and friends I’d quit completely.

There is nothing to be offended by, as my internet is not slow and is above optimal as can be seen:

    291e2c4.png

And my specs are also above ESO's official recommended numbers:

    Recommended:
    Windows 7 64-bit
    Intel® Core i5 2300 or AMD FX4350
    8GB System RAM
    85GB free HDD space
DirectX 11 compliant video card with 2 GB of RAM (NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 750 or AMD Radeon™ HD 7850) or higher

    My Specs:
    Windows 10 64-bit
    Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6700HQ
    16GB System RAM
    500GB free HDD space
DirectX 12 compliant video card with 4 GB of RAM ( NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 960M)

Soo… this one wonders what this one should do now ..

your internet is far from even being so-so ok

your rig is not in gaming rig category and kinda outdated

but the funny thing is even if you gonna go for 2xtitan 128 gb ram and 1+ tb/s connect

eso still gonna lag because you know... roses are red and violets are blue..

p.s. DF is buggy but actually works (badly, with a streak of resets, but still works)

guild store clipping imo caused by addons - something between MM and AGS sometimes goes wrong

The minimum specs have been a joke since the lighting patch. I upgraded my system to ridonkulous and now only have problems in Cyrodiil primetime.

I can play all games at High or Ultra and I play eso with everything on max, i rarely get staggers. I bought this pc almost 2 years ago, and am not really a guy to keep upgrading every hardware the moment they get released :P
The minimum specs have been a joke since the lighting patch. I upgraded my system to ridonkulous and now only have problems in Cyrodiil primetime.

The problem is not even with the pc tho, or with my internet. I only shared those to let that guy know that "Oh that tree is on fire, it must be your fault." is not the logic to go here.

The problem is on ESO's behalf. As i mentioned in the original post, the fact that some people can do anything in ESO without a single problem, is not really a solution. It's like saying "Oh that side of the ship has holes in it, glad i'm on this side instead !"

Not much to ask really, just need a simple answer to why the bugs/glitches/freezes/crashes are taking forever to be repaired.

It might be worth it to point out that there *has* in fact been a significant increase in random disconnects. I'll admit that my rig is several years old, but it runs the game beautifully, and my internet connection is probably one of the best in my entire guild (it's rare that I would get a ping over 140 in pve...I don't pvp at all). On the other hand, it's been very regular for me to disconnect for no apparent reason somewhere between 4-5 times a day since Wolfhunter dropped. It drops to login, and it's very obvious that my internet has not gone down (I'm on teamspeak, usually, which makes that rather obvious, or even obvious if I got a bit of isp lag). None of that is happening, only the repeated drop to login or endless load-screen which usually indicates that some important packet got dropped between my machine and the server. I don't know what's causing the problems, but it is noticeable. And it's also very clearly not the fault of either my computer or isp. It makes me wonder why the disconnects are happening so often. (also, lots of others in the guild have noticed it too)

Except this happens on console too, with zero addons. So, can't just be solely blamed on addons.

Are you telling me @Huyen that you are playing this game regularly and never notice these loading screens? It always have to be someone commenting against the posts. Zenimax even confirmed this loading bug so i don't know why this have to be a discussion. You probably don't even play the game which is why you don't notice these bugs.
I have very good fiber internet connection, and confirming these loading screens. Game usually don't crash tho but they can take 10 mins +.

I have yet to experience this kind of loading screen/crash/freeze, for what it's worth. But I do think OP could go for an upgraded GPU (at least a 1050 or something, they aren't that expensive) and a faster internet connection. That might not be the root of the problem, but it couldn't hurt to have.

Well you are right, of course better is always.. better :P But for some reason i doubt that even if i spend thousands of dollars and get the best pieces of each hardware for a pc, i'll be rid of these problems.

I don't really know why these problems occur for me or for a lot of people, and a lot is no joke here. Whether its our pc's, internet connections or places we live in. As customers, we should be able to play the game properly, or at least get more information on WHY these are happening, and not just a "we're working on it"

I have no idea what you're talking to regarding the community. Everyone I have encountered has been super nice. The issues with the community must be your fault entirely as I don't have that problem.

... which is essentially what you're saying to this guy. "I don't have that issue, so it has to be YOUR fault."

Quick forum search will not only show you that many, MANY people are experiencing poor loading times, hang-ups while trying to zone, launcher issues, etc, but also that this is an ongoing problem, and has been for a long time.

People need to stop posting results using a server a half mile away.

I had this come up years ago in Battlefield 3. Basically, Euro Guy came in complaining about lag and how beast his internet was.

Changed his test server to US and his ping rate was absolutely disgusting.
