Yes

I main a magplar and get that bug right after using puncturing sweeps......not every time but often. I would love to see it fixed.

This happens frequently to me. It just happened to me earlier after swimming through water as opposed to sprinting where it commonly occurs. I couldn't cast abilities or light attack, and sprinting or swimming again didn't fix it. Swapping bars seemed to fix it strangely enough.

I'm not sure what caused it this last time since it happened in Quickwater Cave after dropping down in the water to kill Steel-Tail. Maybe a stun?

Spam dodge roll, even though you wont be dodge rolling. When your stamina is used up, it will end.

I know it ends when stamina runs out but when it happens mid-battle, you don't necessarily have time for that nonsense. More than once I have died because of that bug.

Just hit the sprint key and that fixes it (hopefully in time). Spamming dodge roll is a waste of resources.

Yes

I get the block bug far more often though. It's the exact same thing - getting stuck in block, but you don't have the shield icon out in front of you. The only way to notice that you got stuck in block is that you start randomly walking at half speed for NO REASON. Tapping block again will fix it, just like tapping sprint will fix the sprint bug.

I have something similar, it's not the same though, which I only realized after voting..... I can still use skills and light attacks. But it is somehow related to sprinting, mounting, weapons swap and using rapid maneuver. When it happens I can't swap weapons, and when I mouse over the weapon swap icon it says "can't swap weapon in current state". When holding shift to sprint nothing happens, no sprint. When I try to cast Rapid Maneuver I can see the skill button getting pressed down, but it won't cast and in top right corner of screen the message "You are mounted" appears. Yet I am not mounted, and strange that it says this for Rapid Maneuver that is supposed to be able to cast while mounted. This usually happens when I ride around farming, suddenly bam, it just hits. It can then last a few minutes or more than 15 minutes. I have learned to just logout and login again when it happens, that seems to be the only way to make it go away, except waiting a long time, which is obviously not very fun. Tried reloadui, porting to another zone, dodgerolling, heavy attacks, blocking, dying, deequipping all gear, rearranging skills on skillbars etc, nothing helps.

Yeah, I get this. I get this bug often enough that I recognize it and react by hitting shift and bar swapping until it fixes.

My "sprint bug" is that my ping is so high that I have to press sprint between 2-10 times to actually sprint.

Yes, tapping sprint fixes it but it often causes me to die because I cannot get off a heal or shield.
Mainly seems to happen in PVP.

I know how to make the bug work 100% too, talk to an npc then instantly hit alt or move away.. makes my game totally inaccessible.. Skills dont work cant loot corpses and can't interact with anything till you relog or zone change..

Can't even use my weapons..

I wasn't talking about sprinting. I was talking about tapping the sprint key to stop the sprint bug. You can't really 'tap' the joystick to stop the bug.......at least, I can't.

Odd one from last night - my toon on Dire Wolf or could be on Wild Hunt Bear remains in seated animation after dismounting while moving. While its fun as all hell to be a frog, its emasculating to say the least. Please fix.
Shield icon (that gold one) when you block gets stuck and will not go away.

It is common in both PVP and PVE.
For example, it can happen in Cyrodiil or in Maelstrom Arena, etc.
I was hoping that ZOS will fix it by now, I'm disappointed

On occasion. Really sucks when it does because it usually means I'm probably gonna die. But it doesn't happen so often to be a great cause for concern. It happens, I shake it off and keep going.

Then again, I seem to have a far greater level of patience and tolerance for such things than most. I mean, I'm willing to wait a whole three minutes at a fast food place to get fresh french fries. That's like an eternity for most people these days.
