Duration of 'Wild Hunt Transform' memento?

Greetings!
I've been thrilled by the return of the Wild Hunt crates, as several items in them had caught my eye, one of which, being the 'Wild Hunt Transform' memento. However, I've heard in the past that this transformation only lasted 10 seconds, and after digging around various forum posts on the subject, the longest I've found it reported to be extended to is 15 seconds. In contrast, I've heard that the 'Storm Atronach Transform' memento was increased to last 3 minutes.
I was able to obtain one of the floral auras in the free Wild Hunt crates, which I noticed also lasted three minutes. Has the 'Wild Hunt Transform' memento also been extended to last three minutes? Or is it still currently sitting at a maximum of 15 seconds? My main interest with the memento is for possible role-play use, and the visual itself would also pleasant as is to run around with. For both purposes, however, 15 seconds would be an extreme inconvenience for use, especially during combat where one would have to stop every 15 seconds and cast it from a quick slot (Ideally, it would be nice to have the transformation become a toggle for reasons such as this).
I was thinking to get some of the Wild Hunt crown crates while they're available to either save up extra gems for it or to get it as a drop, but I might go ahead and avoid purchasing them if it's still only 15 seconds. ^^);

On a separate, but related note, I was also curious about another issue I've heard about it. Looking back in previous forum posts, there were reports that the memento appeared differently to others, only displaying the branches that would sprout from the back and around the legs. Does the 'Wild Hunt Transform' memento show the same wooden texture and glowing eyes that you see to others? I've found one or two recent posts about the memento (2018) that include screenshots which appear to be from another person's perspective and showcase the memento correctly, but I'm unsure of whether the included screenshots themselves are recent or not.
The confirmation of the three-minute duration is already enough to sell it to me, though for RP purposes, this is something I would be interested to know as well.
