Returning Player Needing Class/Role Advice

So it has been a while since I played ESO and I've recently got back into the game thanks to the 100k gold claim giveaway. The problem is I am certain so much has changed since I played last and now I'm confused. Because of this I'm turning to the forums here to ask for help with a few questions.
1. What is a good class & build for a tank these days?
2. I'm guessing a healing templar is the standard healer people want which I'm ok with because I had enjoyed playing a healing templar. What is a good build for one & what gear sets should I be aiming for?
3. For a magika ranged caster, what is a good class & build?
4. Is using a bow for dps viable & if so what class and build makes it good?
5. For a melee dps what's a good class & build?
6. A follow up to the first question is how does one make a sorc tank?
7. Is there a cap to how many champion points you can earn?
Some additional information I should give. This is all in regards to PvE not PvP because I didn't care too much for PvP when I did it. I am CP 182 so I do have champion points to spend so when I'm asking for "builds" that includes how I should be spending CP.

DK tank, using ebon/torug+alkosh is currently meta.

Olorime, Jorvuld, IA, mending, worm, sanctuary, earthgore, bogdan.

Magblade is on top atm, magsorc for group support.
4. Is using a bow for dps viable & if so what class and build makes it good?
Stamblade bow/bow just for fun, not recomented for endgame.
5. For a melee dps what's a good class & build?
Stamblade is on top, stamplar for group support.
6. A follow up to the first question is how does one make a sorc tank?
One of the worst class to tank i would say.
13. Is there a cap to how many champion points you can earn?
No cap but you can only use 780 cp, +30 every update.

If you came back for the 100k thing then Imperial is you race, Diplomat racial pasive gives you 1% more gold gained.

grizzly375✭✭✭1. DK is still the "meta" tank, unlikely to change. Warden is second if you want to try something "different"
2. Templar healer is still "meta" - warden is second
3. Magicka DPS - NB > Sorc. Templar, DK, and Warden are all lagging behind by a long ways
4. Stamina DPS - Stamblade. Everything else is FAR behind. Stam Warden is strong in PVP, but less so after recent nerfs
For specific builds, I watch these forums, Alcast, and Xynode. Deltia's used to be a go-to, but hasn't been updated in a while...1 -
gamer559✭✭✭The thing I'm not understanding is this whole werewolf line showing up on nearly all the guides on Alcast. I understand it is a line that you buy with crowns but each of the guides have either a werewolf build or Psijic & Assault lines which I don't have (don't even know where you get the Assault line from). Another thing, am I understanding correctly that a Nightblade is top dps as both magika and stam builds? Is sorc just a bad dps build? Oh yeah and that Xynodegaming.com site is almost entirely all werewolf builds which means that I can't even use it since I don't have the werewolf line bought.0

Werewolf ask someone to bite you if they are nice they will do it for free. I can bite you if you are on pc Na

Me thinks you have that one a tad confused mate. Now, some of the builds have been "updated" for the Wolfhunter DLC....but its not all werewolves.
